- Wait for Authorization
- Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product.
- Ship the Item
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the invoice and the RMA number.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
